Sealing and Waterproofing Technology for Basement Roof of the Fourth Phase Project of Xiamen International Convention Center

The article analyzes the waterproofing characteristics of basement roof of the fourth phase project of Xiamen International Convention Center, and it works out an integrated plan: two layers of reactive bonding waterproofing membrane adopted for large area construction;while a combination of reactive bonding membrane and waterproofing sealant used for details. It also introduces the specific construction technology of wet-laid method for roof plates, and the waterproofing practices for details such as corners between roofs and side walls, post-cast strip of roofs, floor-through pipes etc.
