摘    要:在分析各物料用量对密封胶性能影响的基础上,通过配方优化调整,制备了双组分聚氨酯密封胶产品。性能测试结果表明,改进配方后的聚氨酯密封胶,拉伸强度达到2.4 MPa、断裂伸长率达到1100%、质量损失率仅3%,满足标准中低模量、高断裂伸长率密封胶的性能要求。

Abstract:Based on analysis of the influence of amount of each material on performance of sealant, through the optimization of the formulation, a two-component polyurethane sealant product is prepared. Performance test results show that the improved polyurethane sealant has a tensile strength of 2.4 MPa, elongation at break of 1 100% and mass loss rate of only 3%, which meet the standard performance requirements as sealant with medium and low modulus, high elongation at break.
