河南某钼选矿厂选矿生产工艺优化及改造实践

摘    要:河南某选矿厂为日处理量5000 t的钼选矿厂,在投料试车初期,该选厂从工艺参数优化、药剂制度调整、优化碎矿作业时间、设备改造、新材料试验与应用、修旧利废等方面开展了大量工作,最终实现了达产达标。适当调整药剂添加、优化精选作业参数等,能有效提高作业回收率。同时淘汰高能耗工艺及设备,降低生产成本,减少环境污染,实现节能降耗,提高公司的市场竞争力。

Abstract:The dressing plant located in Henan province has the capacity of 5000 t/d.At the beginning of hot commissioning period,a great deal of work has been carried out from the aspects of optimization of process parameters,adjustment of reagent system,optimization of crushing operation time,equipment modification,test and application of new materials,repair of old materials and utilization of waste and so on.The recovery rate can be effectively improved by adjusting the dosage and optimizing the cleaner parameters.The target of saving energy and enhancing the competitiveness of the company was achieved by eliminating high energy-consuming process and equipment,reducing production costs,reducing environmental pollution.
