采煤机记忆截割系统的研究与应用

摘    要:智能采矿中采煤机的记忆截割是自动开采的一个关键要素,采煤机记忆截割系统能够提升采煤机的自动化水平、增强其操控性能、减轻司机劳动强度以及提高生产效率。分析了采煤机记忆截割系统组成及其参数,介绍了采煤机记忆截割系统使用的各项传感器布置,详细阐述了采煤机记忆截割系统的手动模式、学习模式、自动截割模式3种系统运行模式和系统运行状态。通过在国家能源集团宁夏煤业集团枣泉煤矿220704综采工作面实际使用,采煤机记忆截割系统运行良好,实现了自动截割回采500 m,回采原煤55万t,为综采工作面少人、无人化开采奠定了基础。

Abstract:In intelligent mining,the memory cutting of shearer is a key element of automatic mining.The memory cutting system of shearer can improve the automation level of shearer,enhance its control performance,reduce the labor intensity of driver and improve the production efficiency.This paper analyzed the components and parameters of the memory cutting system of shearer,introduced the arrangement of various sensors used in the memory cutting system of shearer,and expounded in detail three system operation modes and system operation states of the manual mode,learning mode and automatic cutting mode of the memory cutting system of shearer.Through the actual application of 220704 fully mechanized coal face in Zaoquan Coal Mine of China Energy Group Ningxia Coal Industry Group,the memory cutting system of shearer operated well,realizing the automatic cutting and recovery of 500 m and 550000 tons of raw coal,laying a foundation for the fully mechanized coal face with few people and unmanned mining.
