倒置型长基线技术在自升式钻井平台精确就位中的应用

摘    要:在海上油气生产开发钻完井作业中,通常需要将钻井平台精确引导至已有水下井口目标的位置,这要求水下相对定位能够达到厘米级的高精度。然而,常规的水面、水下定位技术无法满足高精度作业要求,为实现钻井平台精确就位目标,采用创新式倒置型长基线阵列倒置技术应用于自升式钻井平台精确就位中。重点研究该技术在水下定位中的工作原理、在自升式钻井平台精确就位中的具体应用,分析倒置型长基线技术与常规长基线技术在钻井平台精确就位方面的应用优势,制订海上实施步骤,并完成技术验证试验。

Abstract:In the drilling and completion operations of offshore oil and gas production and development, it is often necessary to accurately guide the drilling platform to the existing underwater wellhead target position, which requires underwater relative positioning to achieve centimeter-level precision.However,conventional surface and underwater positioning technologies can not meet the requirements of high-precision operation. In order to achieve accurate positioning of the drilling platform, the innovative inverted Long Base Line (LBL) array technology is applied to the jack-up drilling platform. The working mechanism in underwater positioning and the application in jack-up drilling platform precise positioning of the technology are focused on, the application advantages of the inverted LBL technology are analyzed and compared with those of the conventional LBL positioning method in drilling platform positioning, specific implementation steps at sea are formulated, and the technical verification and summary are achieved.
