振动冲击下PDC切削齿在层理岩层的破岩仿真分析

摘    要:层理岩层是钻井工程中经常遇到的一类岩层,存在地质条件复杂、非均质性强、软硬交错、地层倾角大等特点,PDC钻头在该类岩层破岩效率低,经常发生先期损失。为了提高PDC钻头在层理岩层的破岩效率,以Drucker-Prager准则作为岩石的本构关系,用有限元软件建立PDC切削齿在振动冲击下破岩的仿真模型,研究了层理岩层在PDC切削齿切削过程中的破碎情况及PDC切削齿在不同振动频率和冲击幅度下对层理岩层破岩效率的影响。研究表明:振动频率越高,破岩比功越小,冲击幅值大小与破岩比功无明显相关性,振动冲击载荷有利于提高层理岩层的破岩效率。

Abstract:Laminated rock formation is often encountered in drilling engineering.It has the characteristics of complex geological conditions,strong heterogeneity,soft-hard staggering and large dip angle.PDC bit has low rock-breaking efficiency in this kind of rock formation and it often occurs in losses.In order to improve the rock breaking efficiency of PDC bits in laminated rock formation,Drucker-Prager criterion is used as the constitutive relation of rock.The simulation model of PDC cutter cutting rock under vibration impact is established by finite element software.We have also made a reserch of the breakage of laminated rock formation in the cutting process of PDC cutter,including the influence of PDC cutter on the rock-breaking efficiency of laminated rock formation under different vibration frequencies and impact magnitudes.The results show that the higher the vibration frequency is,the smaller Mechanical Specific Energy(MSE)is.There is no obvious correlation between the impact magnitude and the MSE.The vibration impact load is helpful to improve the rock breaking efficiency of laminated rock formation.
