建筑密封材料几种热失重测试方法比较及快速检测方法探讨

摘    要:建筑用密封材料国标、国际方法标准中,有关热失重的测试试验周期较长。本文对比分析了几种密封材料热失重试验方法,同时解析GB 16776-2005标准方法各个时间段的热失重变化,设计出一种较为简便、快速地检测热失重的方法,可作为企业内部实验室质量监控使用。

Abstract:In the national and international method standards for building sealing materials, the test period for thermal weight loss is long. This article compares several thermal weight loss test methods for sealing materials, analyzes the thermal weight loss changes of each time period of the standard method of GB 16776-2005, and designs a simple and rapid method for detecting thermal weight loss, which can be used as quality monitoring for internal laboratory of the enterprise.
