| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了洗煤厂渣浆泵用变频器干扰自动控制系统的实例分析及干扰处理方法。通过在变频器输入、输出端加装匹配的电源滤波器和在PLC电源输入端加装有源滤波器，有效地解决了变频器干扰集中控制系统的误动作问题。经过整机调试及试验，全面解决了电磁兼容问题。
