| Abstract: | Summary We consider the prescribing of singularities in inviscid fluid flows by including Dirac delta functions in the Euler momentum equation. Examples are given of the modelling of the flows due to lifting bodies, in particular that due to a wing simultaneously translating and rotating and find the induced downwash due to the trailing vortex wake.With 2 Figures |
