| 摘 要： | 本文针对GCr15钢拉伸模的热处理工艺进行了深入的研究,通过选择适当的模具材料,采用预测模具热处理变形的方法,结合必要的切削加工来有效地控制模具的形状和尺寸精度。同时,利用合适的化学热处理工艺及最终热处理工艺,改变模具的内部组织结构,从而改善模具的使用性能,提高模具的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the heat treatment processes for the tensile mold steel GCr15 are elaborated. The size and shape are controlled effectively by selecting proper materials,using the method of predicating the distortion and combining the necessary cutting processes. Moreover,chemical heat treatment and final heat treatment are used to convert the microstructure so that the working properties are improved and working life is prolonged. |
