| Abstract: | Along with reforming the rules of cost management, the bill of quantities pricing method is applied widely in public tender offer and bidding. Under EPC mode the design institutes should act as two parts well, tenderee or bidder. The design institutes also should extend and apply BOQ pricing method, continuously improve own management and technical ability in order to be able participate in the market competition better. |
