摘    要:介绍的接收组件为单脉冲接收系统的重要部件。本组件包含三个接收通道。微波部分采用了管芯器件 ,小型化工艺 ,电路设计采用了 CAD技术。主要性能 :功率增益为3 0~ 3 5 d B;噪声系数为 4d B;开关时间不大于 5 0 ns;开关隔离度大于 40 d B;镜频抑制度大于 2 5 d B;在 -5 0~ + 60℃的温度范围内通道间的幅度变化不一致性不大于 1 .8d B;相位变化不一致性不大于 2 5°。外形尺寸为 67.5 mm× 47mm× 2 1 mm。

Abstract:The receive assembly described in this paper is an important module in the single pulse receive system.This assembly comprises three receive channels.Chip devices are used and miniaturization technique is adopted in the microwave part.CAD technique is used in the circuits design.Main performance:the gain of power is from 30 to 35dB;noise figure is 4dB;switching time is not higher than 50ns;switching isolation is higher than 40dB;mirror image rejection is more than 25dB;the change of amplitude difference of channels is not higher than 1 8dB and the change of phase difference of channels is not higher than 25° in the temperature range of -50~+60℃.The outline size is 67 5mm×47mm×21mm.
