课题研究式培训-促进培训成果转化的新方式

摘    要:课题研究式培训,是一种具有形式新颖、与授课相辅相成、与实践紧密结合、适于团队学习的独有特点的培训方式。培训对象通过参与课题研究的各环节,结合理论将管理中关注的热点、难点问题加以研究,设计管理方案,最终形成能够为领导层的管理决策提供切实可行的研究报告,并可将培训成果迅速转化到企业管理实践中。该方式在推进企业学习型组织的建立和促进企业培训的良性循环中具有积极作用和良好效果。

Abstract:Training of project study is a special training form with novel form, complement each other with class teaching, closely combined with practice, suitable for team study. The trainee take part in various chains of project study, study concerned hot points, difficult problems in management combined with theory, design management program finally shape study report which can provide practical policy for the leaders, and transform the training achievement into management practice in enterprise. This style is of active function and good result which promotes enterprise's setting up of study-style organization and good cycling of training.
