| Abstract: | This article generally introduces the current situation of science and technology journal development in China and the affairs concerned in the "Best Quality Works Strategy" enforced by state and the developing survey of our university journal. It also proposes some improving measures to increase further the quality after our university journal was selected into "China Journal Matrix". |
