钠硼解石复合矿制取硼砂新工艺

摘    要:针对青藏地区钠硼解石复合矿矿型特点,提出两步碱解法制取硼砂的新工艺。经正交试验考察碱用量、碱比例、液固比和反应时间等因素对反应浸出率的影响,确定的优化工艺条件为:n(Na2CO3):n(NaHCO3)=1:3,液固质量比为3,反应温度95℃,反应时间120min。试验结果:B2O3浸出率为98.89%,收率为93.68%,产品质量符合国家标准。该工艺收率高,耗碱量低,易于工业化。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of ulexite mixed ore in Qinghai and Tibet,a new technology for the preparation of borax by two-step alkaline hydrolysis method is studied.By the orthogonal test,the effects of amount and ratio of alkali,liquid-solid ratio and reaction time on the leaching rate are investigated,the optimum technical conditions are as follows:n(Na_2CO_3)n(NaHCO_3)=13,ratio of l/s=3,reaction temperature 95 ,and reaction time 120 min.The test results show that the leaching rate of B_2O_3 is 98.89%,the yield of the product is 93.68%and the quality of the product can meet the National Standard.This process has the advantages of high yield,low consumption of alkali and easy to industrialize.
