摘 要: | 本文以嗜热芽孢杆菌和北京棒杆菌为出发株,经原生质体融合操作获得融合棒,该融合株具有在淀粉培养基上产生赖氨酸和α-淀粉酶的能力,赖氨酸产率为2.5g/L左右,α-淀粉酶活力为10000~20000u/ml

Selection of the Lysine-Prodncing Strains in Starch Medium |

Abstract: | This paper described the fusion of Bacillus sterothermophilus and coryne-bactrium pekineuse. The fusion cells were found to be capable of producing lysine and a-amylase in starch medium. Lysine yield were 2.5g/l accompanied with 1000-20000u/ml a-amylase actives. |
