油罐火灾爆炸故障树分析

摘    要:油罐火灾爆炸主要由点火源和油气泄漏造成的。文章应用故障树分析法(FTA)对点火源和油气泄漏的基本原因进行分析,建立了油罐火灾爆炸故障树。采用布尔代数化简法求出系统的最小径集,给出了故障树顶上事件发生概率和基本事件的三种重要度分析。通过对系统的故障树分析,定性和定量地探讨了引起油罐火灾爆炸的主要原因,提出了相应的改进措施。油罐火灾爆炸故障树分析的结果可为已建油罐的管理、维修和新建油罐的设计提供理论指导。

Abstract:Fire resources and leak of oil and gas result in fire and explosion in oil tank.Analyzed are basic causes of fire and explosion in oil tank by the method-Fault Tree Analysis.The fault tree of oil tank is established by two major reasons:fire resources and leakage of oil and gas.The minimal path sets(MPS)are achieved by Boolean algebraic simplification calculation.The basic factors resulting in fire and explosion in oil tank are investigated through the quantitative analysis;and put forward are some relevant measures to improve the safety in oil tank.The results of Fault Tree Analysis show that the method is useful for management and maintenance of existing oil tanks and design of new ones.
