| Abstract: | Pragmatic failure is one of the key reasons in language learners' cross-cultural communication. This article has discussed pragmatic failure and its main reason as well as how to overcome and raise student's pragmatic ability,to reduce pragmatic failure in cross-cultural communication and English teaching to strengthen the understanding and the sensitivity to the culture of target languages and to promote linguistic practice. |
