介绍了延迟生产研究的最新进展，讨论了延迟生产与供应链管理和模块化生产的关系。提出了全面供应链的思想，并在全面供应链管理中引入延迟生产的方法，研究了基于延迟生产的全面代供应链工作流程。通过对中小企业实施虚拟企业的必然性和可能性的分析，认为基于延迟生产的全面供应链管理有利于中小企业实现产品客户化、生产敏捷化、管理科学化的目标。

Supply Chain Management in Virtual Enterprises Based on Postponement

In this paper, the latest progress in the study of postponement is introduced and the relations among postponement, supply chain management and modularization are analyzed. The total supply chain management, which is defined as the integration of internal and external supply chain in virtual enterprises, is proposed and the working process of the total supply chain management based on postponement is studied. By analysing the inevitability and possibility of for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, it is considered that total supply chain management based on postponement is favorable for customized and agile production and scientific management of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise. Therefore, total supply chain management based on postponement has a good application perspective.
