磁场产生器的三维磁场计算及优化设计

摘    要:用ANSYS软件对不规则模型的磁场产生器进行三维静磁场计算,阐述了在漏磁不能忽略的情况下磁场产生器的磁场计算过程,分析影响漏磁大小的主要因素并说明其原因,重点讨论了空气隙的大小对漏磁的影响。利用ANSYS软件优化设计方法对模型尺寸进行优化。

Abstract:Calculate the static magnetic field of the threedimension which generated by a magnetic field generator of an irregular model in the ANSYS software.Explain the magnetic field computational process of the magnetic field generator in case of leaking magnetic field couldn't be neglected.Analyze the main factors that affect the leak magnetic field and illustrate the reasons.Especially discuss the influence of the size of air gap to leaking magnetic field. Utilize the optimize design method in the ANSYS software to optimize to the model size.
