机车蓄电池在线监测与地面分析系统

摘    要:针对目前机车蓄电池监测自动化程度低及设计复杂的现状,设计了机车蓄电池在线监测与地面分析系统。系统由车载主机和蓄电池信息采集装置(LEM蓄电池传感器)以及地面分析系统组成,实现对各单体蓄电池的电压、阻抗和温度的在线检测。地面数据分析系统通过采集的数据对机车蓄电池状态进行分析和预测,提供蓄电池不良状态预警信息,为机车蓄电池维修和更换提供指导。

Abstract:For the problem of low level automation and complex design in the locomotive batteries monitoring,an online monitoring and ground analysis system was designed.The system consists of mainframe and battery information collection system(LEM battery sensor) and ground analysis system,realizing online detection for the overall current battery pack and the monomer battery voltage,impedance and temperature.By the collected data of locomotive batteries,the ground analysis system analyzes and forecasts the states,and provides early warning information for the locomotive battery maintenance and replacement.
