摘 要: | 概述了国外超低渗透钻井液完井液技术研究和发展现状.介绍了超低渗透钻井液的组成、超低渗透钻井液技术的关键处理剂--滤失控制井眼稳定剂的组份、超低渗透钻井液完井液技术的作用机理、新的测试滤失量的实验方法及其现场应用效果.与以往钻井液体系相比,该体系具有关键处理剂作用机理独特、防漏防塌、防压差卡钻、有利于提高压力敏感性地层承压能力、保护油气层以及环境友好且地层适应性较广泛的显著特点.

An overview of ultra-low permeability drilling/completion fluid technology abroad |

Abstract: | Inn recent years, some water-base drilling fluid technologies appeared in domestic and abroad, and the terms are non-filtration drilling fluid, water based film formation drilling fluid, positive electricity drilling fluid and nanometer grade additives-based drilling fluid. This four drilling fluid technologies are analyzed with such characteristics as: (1) reservoir protecting property of drilling fluid is valued; (2) overlapping of drilling fluid and other subjects is thought highly; (3) the drilling fluid design is more quantitative: (4) the new technologies are developed based on theoretical innovations. It is considered that four distinguishing features will appear in the future drilling fluid development: simplification of drilling fluid formulation, multi-functional realization of drilling fluid additives and systems, nanometer grade realization of additives and solid particles and real inhibition of drilling fluid systems. |
