| 摘 要： | 以丙醛为起始原料,经羟醛缩合反应和空气氧化反应合成了2-甲基-2-戊烯酸,研究了2-甲基-2-戊烯酸在香精方面的应用。用该工艺合成的产品纯度高,香气好,具有较高的工业应用价值。

| Abstract: | Using propanal as raw materical, 2-methyl-2-pentenoic acid was synthesized by aldol condensation reaction and air oxidation reaction. The application of 2-methyl-2-pentenoic acid in essence was studied. The product possesses high purity, good perfume and high industrial application value. |
