窄带钢表面质量的研究与分析

根据莱钢低碳窄带钢在冷轧中出现起皮、麻点等质量问题，基于生产实践安排了专门的铸坯表面、低倍、带钢表面酸洗跟踪试验，通过成分、金相、裂纹、夹杂以及扫描电镜分析，对影响带钢表面质量的问题进行了深入探讨。在此基础上，系统分析了从冶炼到轧制过程中的工艺参数的适合性。基于生产实践工艺条件并结合研究分析结果，制定了工艺改进措施，促进了低碳窄带钢的表面质量的提升。

Studies and Analysis on Narrow Strip Steels Surface Quality

In accordance with the quality problem about skin fracture and density spot and so on of narrow strip steel through cool-rolling, based on the production practice continuous casting blank surface,etch test for macrostructure, steel strips surface etch test were applied, with the analysis by the method of chemical composition, microstrueture,crack,inclusion as well as the scanning electricity mirror, thorough discussion was done for the problem about the quality problem of narrow steel strips surface.In this foundation, adaptation of the craft parameter which include smelt and rolling craft was systemic analyzed, Based on the production practice craft condition and the research analysis result, improvement measures of the craft wers formulated,and synthesis product surface quality of the narrow strip steel was promoted.
