石墨化度对C/C复合材料摩擦性能的影响

摘    要:用X射线衍射方法对不同热处理温度处理的C/C复合材料的石墨化度进行了检测,同时对这三种不同石墨化度的C/C复合材料模拟飞机刹车时正常着陆、超载着陆、终止起飞条件进行了摩擦性能研究,得出了石墨化度与摩擦系数、表面吸收功率、稳定系数之间的关系。

Abstract:The graphitized C/C composite materials under different heat treatments is tested based on X-ray diffraction, and the frictional characteristic is studied by using three different graphitized C/C modeling normal landing, superload landing and cessation unstick at aeroplane braking. The relation between graphitization and coefficient of friction, skin-absorption as well as stable coefficient is concluded.
