电力线路外破风险特征及对策探索

随着社会经济发展,电力线路保护区与地方开发建设矛盾加剧,表现为保护区附近频繁施工建设威胁线路安全运行;工农业生产、社会休闲娱乐场地侵占电力线路保护区;电力线路走廊紧缺等。文章重点分析了电力线路保护区附近存在的外力破坏风险特征,提出了采取"两纵一横"策略,网格化开展各类电力线路外力破坏治理工作对策探索,具备较强的实践指导意义。

Power Line External Damage Risk Characteristics and Countermeasures

With the development of society and economy, the contradiction of power line protection area and development construction is becoming more and more serious, the performance is the frequent con-struction near the protection area threatening line safety operation, the production of industry and agricul-ture, leisure and entertainment venues occupying power line protection area, the power line corridor shortage.This paper focuses on the analysis of the existing external damage risk characteristics near the power line protection area, puts forward adopting″two verticals and one horizontal″grid strategy, carrying out various types of power line external damage treatment countermeasure exploration, has the strong practical significance.
