摘    要:用普通工具磨床难以加工复杂型面铣刀的负倒棱,一般的数控磨床没有现成的负倒棱加工程序。本文以球头铣刀为例,介绍了通过人工建模在ANCA-TX7+数控磨床上加工带负倒棱型面铣刀的编程和工艺方法。

Abstract:It is very difficult to make out K-land on the cutting edge of complex forming milling cutter with a general tool grinder. On the other hand,there is no K-land program ready for use in conventional CNC grinding machines. Taking the ball nose end mills as an example,the programming and machining method for making K-land on the cutting edge of forming milling cutters through artificial modeling and ANCA Tx7+ CNC grinding machine is introduced.
