高Q超导谐振腔的实验研究

摘    要:针对频率标准用超导腔的设计,通过理论分析及CST仿真优化得到了一种高Q纯铌超导谐振腔的设计。所设计超导腔工作模式为TM010模,谐振频率为4.452GHz,Q值在液氦温度4.2K时达到3.4×107,在减压降温到2K左右时达到1.9×109,实验结果与设计结果一致,验证了设计的正确性和实验装置的可行性。

Abstract:For the design of superconducting cavity used for frequency standard,a high Q factor Superconducting niobium cavity has been developed through theroy calculation and CST simulation.The resonant mode of cavity is TM010,the resonant frequency is 4.452GHz,the quality factor is 3.4×107 and 1.9×109 when the temperature is 4.2K and 2K.It is validated that design is accurate and that experimental facility is feasible.
