| 摘 要： | 分别用微波消解、电热板-坩锅消解、干灰化法3种方法进行土壤标准样品的前处理,然后用原子吸收分光光度法测定其中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr的含量。结果表明,微波消解能将土壤样品完全消解,且高效、快速、准确、污染少,优于其他方法。同时通过实验,进一步确定了微波消解的最佳条件。

| Abstract: | Three digestion methods(microwave digestion,wet digestion,dry ashing) for the determination of heavy metals in soil samples are adopted.The results show that microwave digestion is better than the other two methods due to its complete and fast digestion.The two conventional digestion procedures are labor intensive and tedious,and often have a high contamination potential. |
