再生涤纶针织面料的染整工艺

摘    要:介绍了再生涤纶针织物的染整工艺。指出再生涤纶自身性能对染色效果存在一定的影响,因此每批再生涤纶染色前都需重新复样;再生涤纶针织物升温曲线要设计得慢一些,染色温度125℃、染色时间20 min、染色pH值4.0~5.0;还原清洗时应尽量控制pH值不超过11.0;这样染出的再生涤纶与普通涤纶的耐水洗色牢度、耐酸汗渍色牢度以及耐光色牢度分别相近,可达4级以上。另外指出,再生涤纶的含油量较普通涤纶高,在前处理阶段应优选前处理助剂,增加除油剂用量,提高前处理温度;对于再生涤纶针织绒类面料,应在拉毛前浸轧抗静电剂,并合理设计拉毛、梳毛、剪毛之间的生产工序及工艺参数,以达到良好的绒面效果。

Abstract:This paper introduces the dyeing and finishing technology of the regenerated polyester knitted fabric. The research results indicate that the properties of regenerated polyester will influence the dyeing effect to some degree,so it is quite necessary to repeat the sample dyeing process before dyeing any batch of regenerated polyester knitted fabric; the temperature curve of dyeing should be designed not so steep,the dyeing temperature is 125 ℃,dyeing time is 20 minutes and ph value is 4.0~5.0;and in the reduction clearing process,the pH value should be controlled at no less than 11.0. Thus the color fastness to washing,to acid perspiration and to light is nearly the same,which is about more than level four to level five. In addition,it also points out that the oil content in the regenerated polyester is more than that in the common polyester,so in the pretreatment process,it is necessary to increase the applied amount of de-oiling agent and increase the pretreatment temperature; for the regenerated polyester knitted pile fabric,the anti -static agent should be applied before napping,and the procedures of napping,combing and shearing should be designed reasonably so as to achieve better suede effect.
