摘    要:研究了湿润分散剂、CAB树脂、蜡浆对巴士客车用丙烯酸聚氨酯金属闪光漆性能的影响。采用高倍显微镜和分光光度计对铝粉的分散和定向排列效果进行了表征。结果表明:当湿润分散剂选用BYK-110,金属铝粉有较好的分散效果;醋丁纤维素树脂CAB381和CAB551按8∶1搭配使用时,金属闪光漆有最佳的综合性能;选用某EVA蜡浆作为铝粉定向剂,金属铝粉有较好的定向排列效果,此时漆膜的可见光反射率可达65%。

Abstract:The effects of wetting dispersant,CAB (Cellulose Acetate Butyrate) resin and wax on the properties of acrylic acid polyurethane metal shining paint used in bus were studied. The dispersion and directional array effects of aluminum powders were characterized with high power microscope and spectrophotometer. The results showed that the wetting dispersant BYK-110 can result in better dispersion effect of aluminum powder; when the cellulose acetate butyrate resin CAB381and CAB551 are mixed up according to 8:1,the synthetical performance of metal shining paint is the best; when certain kind of EVA wax is chosen as aluminum direction agent,better directional array effect of aluminum powder can be achieved and the visible light reflectivity of the paint film reaches 65%.
