斗轮机液压系统技术改造探讨

摘    要:针对斗轮机液压系统及其液压元件长期存在的问题,从液压油污染、液压油油温高、液压元件泄漏、液压元件及材料选择不合理、液压系统设计存在缺陷等几方面进行了分析。阐述了液压系统液压泵和各液压元件的性能特点及其作用,通过不同类型液压泵和液压元件的分析比较,根据液压系统在斗轮机的应用特点,重新确定了液压泵和液压系统元件的选型设计。根据液压系统各种基本控制回路,进行了斗轮机液压系统的设计,绘制了液压系统原理图,并经过安装、调试,取得了良好效果,解决了斗轮机液压系统长期存在的缺陷。

Abstract:Problems exist in bucket wheel hydraulic system was analyzed in the paper,such as hydraulic oil contamination,high oil temperature,leakage,hydraulic material and design.Also,features and function of hydraulic pump and component were presented.According to characteristics of hydraulic system in bucket wheel,new design of hydraulic pump and hydraulic system components were put forward.The application of the new design showed it had favorable result.
