摘    要:研究了加压氧化回收铁、离子膜分离硫酸的新工艺,考查了压强、时间、温度对回收铁工艺的影响,并确定了离子交换膜分离硫酸的工艺参数。研究结果表明,新工艺不但可减少试剂消耗,降低成本,而且可生产出纯度较高的氧化铁红。

Abstract:A new technology to recover iron from leaching solution of Pt-Pd concentrates of Jinbaoshan ore and to remove sulfuric acid using ion membrane separation technique was studied. The effects of pressure, temperature and reaction time on the iron recovery were investigated, and the process parameters to remove sulfuric acid by ions exchange membrane were also determined. The results indicate that the reagent consumption and the production cost can be reduced with the new process, and the ion oxide red of high purity can be produced
