金属拉伸试验中基于刻线的非接触实时应变测量

摘    要:在金属材料单向拉伸试验中,利用直线拟合技术,摒弃了亚像素检测方法,建立了基于刻线的非接触实时应变检测系统,实现了金属材料在加载过程中长度方向相对应变的实时测量。试验结果表明,该测量方法能够取代目前使用引伸计的方法,其测量精度已达到实际应用的要求。

Abstract:Using linear fitting technique,a non-contact realtime measurement system based on reticle is established and subpixel detecting method is abandoned in this paper.The system has been developed and successfully applied to metallic tension to get the relative strain of length.Result shows that this method can replace the conventional method of using extensometer basically and the measuring precision has met the practical requirement.
