摘    要:高效宽带功率分配器是高功率毫米波合成放大器设计成功的关键环节。为缩短产品研制周期、降低成本和提高质量,电路的优化设计日益受到人们的关注。文中引入均匀设计理论,并与改进遗传算法相结合,优化设计了一种基于鳍线的毫米波二路功率分配器。测试结果与仿真结果吻合较好,从而验证了该算法的准确性和有效性.

Abstract:High-efficiency power-dividers with broad bandwidth are essential for millimeter-wave high power-amplifier (PA) modules. The optimized circuit design could reduce the product development period, lower the product cost and raise the product, thus has attracted much attention from the people. By introducing the uniform design theory and combining with the genetic algorithms, a finline-based two-way power-divider at millimeter-wave frequencies is optimally designed and developed. The identity of simulation results and experiment results indicates that this method is accurate, feasible and effective.
