铁水预处理过程氮含量控制的试验研究

摘    要:试验研究了在铁水预处理脱磷脱硫过程中,铁水中氮含量的变化规律。结果表明,铁水中的氮含量与脱磷粉剂性能和脱碳程度有关,铁水中的氮含量与碳含量呈线性关系,而碳含量与预处理的时间也呈线性关系,得到了铁水预处理中脱氮速率与脱碳速率的关系为d[N]/dt=19.08d[C]/dt。
