| 摘 要： | 投资项目的财务评价关系到投资的经济效果和社会效果，是影响投资成败的关键．基准收益率和通货膨胀是投资项目评价中最重要的评价指标和参数．但其在实际操作运用过程中有一定的局限性，在深入分析、研究各专家理论观点的基础上，力图解决这一问题，以期对投资项目的财务评价工作起到一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Financial evaluation for investment project contributes to the economical and social effects of the investment and is a key point to the success of the investment. Basis rate of return and inflation are the most important factor and criterion to evaluation for investment project. The opinions in this thesis are derived from the in-depth analysis and research to other specialists' theories. It is predicted that these would be advisable to financial evaluation for investment project. |
