防窜式抽油杆扶正器研制及应用

随着油田进入高含水开发后期,抽油机井杆管偏磨问题日益突出.大庆油田已经采取了许多防偏磨措施,抽油杆扶正器被广泛应用在杆管偏磨井中,具有较好的防偏磨效果.但是油田在用抽油杆扶正器存在质量参差不齐,扶正器在抽油杆上窜动,且成本高等问题.研制的新型防窜式抽油杆扶正器有效地解决了以上问题,在杆管偏磨抽油机井中应用,具有良好的效果.

More wear preventive measures were adopted in Daqing Oilfield, rod string centralizers were broadly applied on the wells of the wear of rod string and tubing, the effect of wear preventiver is ideal. But there exists the problem that quality of rod string centralizers in oilfield is different, the centralizers can slide on rod string and costs are high. The new preventive slide centralizers can resolve the upwards problem, the effect is well in pump wells of the wear of rod string and tubing.
