| 摘 要： | 沙漠油田紫外光辐射强，昼夜温差大，风沙多，应选取外防腐性能较好的涂料品种。从醇酸、丙烯酸等常用外防腐涂料中选取了４类涂料进行性能筛选试验。氯磺化聚乙烯涂料形成的涂膜具有显著的耐候性和抗老化性，优良的耐化学腐蚀性及良好的弹性、韧性和耐寒性；氯化橡胶涂料形成的涂膜对水汽、氧气的透过率极低；高氯化聚乙烯涂料综合性能优异；脂肪族聚胺酯涂料具有良好的耐磨性和腐蚀性。最终筛选出脂肪族聚胺酯涂料和 ＪＧＨ改性氯磺化聚乙烯涂料用于沙漠油田防腐。

| Abstract: | In the light of strong ultraviolet radiation in desert, temperature differences large befween day and night and very windy and dusty in desert,through market investigation, better property external anticorrosion coating is chosen and finally determining the external anticorrosion coating which fits the desert use. |
