直接蒸氨工艺与间接蒸氨工艺的比较

简要介绍了直接蒸氨工艺与间接蒸氨工艺,利用化工过程模拟软件PROⅡ对两种不同的工艺路线进行模拟,并通过模拟计算结果对两种工艺的蒸汽消耗、循环冷却水消耗及塔底废水控制指标进行对比,指出两种工艺优缺点,并对蒸氨塔选型加以介绍,为企业因地制宜地制定蒸氨工艺流程,选择合适的蒸氨塔提供参考。

Comparison between Direct Ammonia Distillation and Indirect Ammonia Distillation

A brief introduction to the direct ammonia distillation process and the indirect ammonia distillation pro-cess was made,a simulation of the two processes was done by using the chemical engineering simulation software PROⅡ,and a comparison between the two processes was made with respect to the consumption figures of steam and cooling water,and the ammonia index of the wastewater at the bottom according to the simulated data.The advantage and disadvantage of the two processes were indicated clearly,and the choice of the ammonia distillater which is the key equipment was sug-gested.This paper serves as a theoretical basis for enterprises to select their proper ammonia distillation process according to their local conditions and the ammonia distillaters with right structures.
