摘    要:提取是中医药生产过程中的重要工序,针对当前中草药提取设备普遍存在的提取得率和生产效率的工程实际,提出以超声波与动态逆流相结合的提取机的设计方案,开发出一种能自动控温和调速的动态连续逆流提取机。结果表明。使用该机所需液料比小、提取得率和生产效率高。

Abstract:Extraction is an important process in processing of Chinese traditional medicine. Focusing on the reality of the industrial index of the extract' s rate and production efficiency of extraction equipment, an extraction equipment combine ultrasonic wave with dynamic countercurrent was designed. The extraction equipment works under dynamic eountercurrent hot solvents with automatic temperature controling and speed adjustment. The result showed that kind of extraction equipment is in the benefits of small ratio of liquid to material, high extract rates and high production efficiency.
