FeSt3改性LDPE的降解微生物的分离与鉴定

摘    要:从相关环境中取土样,稀释后涂布在无碳源固体琼脂培养基上,经28℃恒温培养,选择有微生物生长的平板分别涂布不同浓度的FeSt3改性LDPE,90d后选择微生物连续生长的改性LDPE,通过分析分子量的变化和羰基变化证明0.5%FeSt3改性的LDPE具备生物可降解性。从膜上分离到6株菌株,经生理生化特征观察和显微镜观察初,步鉴定出6株菌分别为:曲霉属曲、霉属、青霉属毛、霉属毛、霉属和根霉属。

Abstract:Soil samples were collected from related environmental conditions. After dilution, sample solutions were spread onto solid agar plates with culture mediums but no carbon source provided. All plates were incubated under 28 ℃ . Then soil samples with microorganisms growing were selected and then coated with LDPEs with different concentration FeSt3. After 90 d, the modified LDPE with microorganisms growing continuously were picked out, and then the biodegradability of modified LDPE with 0.5% FeSt3 was approved by analyzing the changes of LDPE molecular weight and carbonyl groups. Moreover, 6 kinds of microorganisms growing on modified LDPE were isolated. By physiological and biochemical properties observation and microscopic examination, 6 microorganisms, were primarily identified following with aspergillus, aspergillus, penicillium, mucor, mucor and Rhizopus respectively.
