钢网架结构高空散装滑移脚手架施工技术

首都机场东扩工程国航国际货运站,建筑物平面为矩形,纵向较长,屋面为平板钢网架结构,选择滑移脚手架高空散装就位方案。在跨内铺设2条滑道,以带滚轮的钢管桁架为底座,其上搭设钢管脚手架形成一个滑移脚手架单元体。本工程2跨,每跨设一个单元体,采用卷扬机、滑轮组及钢丝绳配套作牵引设备,实现1台卷扬机交替牵引2个单元体,从建筑物纵向一端开始分段安装钢网架,直至网架拼装完毕。

Construction Technology of Slip Scaffold for Installation in Bulk of Steel Network Frame Structure

The building of eastward expansion of Capital Airport has horizontal shape of rectangle whose longitudinal side is longer.The roof of this building is plate steel network frame structure,and the construction scheme of slip scaffold for installation in bulk is selected.Inside the span,two slideways are laid,and steel pipe trusses with rollers are taken as bases,on which steel pipe scaffold is laid to form slip scaffold unit.The project has two spans,and each span includes one unit.The hoister,pulley block and wire rope are applied as traction equipment to implement that one pulley block can distract two units.The steel network frame is installed in section from on side of the building to another.
