| Abstract: | In this paper, the reasons which hinder the development of the residence rent market is illustrated at first. It discusses the nessicity of developing a healthy residence rent market in perfect order after all kinds of demand and supply for rent market is analyzed. In the end of the paper, detailed classification of market is made in detailed classification of market, and several suggestions to enlarge the space of the rent market for the real estate are put forword. |
