变薄拉深中回弹分析与实验研究

摘    要:生产实验发现,实际变薄拉深产品尺寸与模具设计(制造)尺寸之间存在较大的壁厚方向差异,实际产品内径比凸模工作直径小,外径比凹模工作直径大。产生差异的原因是回弹,将回弹分解为厚向回弹和周向回弹,定性地解释了所出现的问题。通过有限元模拟方法和实验方法对回弹进行了定量研究,并给出了回弹补偿公式,为模具工作部分尺寸设计提供了依据,从而使变薄拉深产品尺寸精度和模具寿命得到了提高。

Abstract:In terms of experiment, the size of practical product is different from that of the mold in the direction of thickness. The inner diameter of product is smaller than the diameter of punch, while the outer diameter of product is greater than the inner diameter of cavity die.In this paper, it is wanted to find out spring and to discover the reason that the difference produces from the angle of theory, and the spring is divided into ones in the direction of thickness and that of tangent in and trying to explain the problems qualitatively. By means of finite element simulation and experiments, the quantitative research on spring , the formula of compensation for spring are presented, which provides bases for size design the working part of a mould, which means that the more accurate product dimension and longer life of the die are obtained.
