摘    要:基于科氏质量流量计(CMF)测量管的工作原理,为了提高传感器的灵敏度,了解其振动过程中非线性项对于CMF灵敏度的影响至关重要。以U型管科氏质量流量计为研究对象,考虑非线性因素,用比较法推导出非线性项对于CMF灵敏度的影响。此外,通过实验仿真,优化传感器结构,进而提高传感器灵敏度。

Abstract:Based on the theory of measuring tube of coriolis mass flowmeter( CMF),and to improve the sensitivity of CMFs,the understanding of how the nonlinear factors affect the sensitivity of CMFs is very important in the vibrating process. By using the U type of CMF,this article focuses on two nonlinear factors with the comparison method. The results show that both contain nonlinear factors just as the nonlinear analysis had expected,the two factors actually have effect on the sensitivity of CMFs. Besides,by introducing the experimental simulation,we optimize the structure and improve the sensitivity of CMFs.
