| Abstract: | In this paper,the software algorithms of position errors on CMMsis studied. The configured performance of the geometry elements and boundary definition as well as the influence on position errors calculation bythe interactions are analyzed.The paper proposed the concepts of the software standardization on position errors and the software verification. |
