黄河冰塞冰坝防治研究新思路

摘    要:针对黄河冰塞冰坝的问题,提出了在冰盖结构上开凿一条冰渠的新思路,采用冰渠来汇集排凌的洪水动力流.在专用破冰器材的研制中,依据新的破冰理论研究成果,对器材的引信、装药量及阵列布置等指标进行了设计,给出了一套安全性高、机动性好、可操作性强的破冰排凌新技术方案,提出了冰下爆破作用使冰体材料发生动弯曲折裂破冰的新理念.

Abstract:For the prevention and control of the ice jam and ice dam in Yellow River,a new idea of excavating an ice channel on the icecap structure to collect the dynamic flow of ice-jam flood was brought forward.During preparing for the specific ice-breaking equipment,according to research achievements in the new icebreaking theory,the indexes such as the fuse,charge quantity and arrangement of the array of the equipment were designed.Meanwhile,a set of new technical solutions which are of high security,good mobility and strong operability were proposed for ice-breaking and ice-jam removing.A new ice-breaking idea which the blasting action under the ice could make ice materials bend and fracture was presented.
