钢板筒仓稳定屈曲分析

摘    要:对空仓和实仓2种状态下不同壁厚的钢板筒仓进行了有限元屈曲分析,结果表明空仓的有限元临界屈曲应力与理论解接近.如果将有限元临界应力乘以<粮食钢板筒仓设计规范>中的筒仓失稳破坏稳定系数,再乘以初始缺陷影响系数0.5,则所得结果与规范一致,所以通过有限元计算可以获得筒仓的许用临界屈曲应力.

Abstract:The finite element buckling analysis of steel silo with different thickness and two conditions of loading and unloading are completed.The results indicate that critical buckling stresses calculated by finite element method are accord with theoretical value when the steel silo is empty.If the critical buckling stresses are multiplied by stability factor and the factor(=0.5) of initial defects in the criterion,the calculating value is accord with the criterion.So allowed critical buckling stresses can be gotten by finite element calculation.
