摘    要:针对PTA装置的溶剂脱水塔的回流系统进行改造,将原来的共沸剂回流和水回流改成单一的共沸剂回流,降低了塔顶空冷器的能量消耗,使装置向外多输出了6 500 kg/h低压蒸汽;同时对现有的工艺条件进行优化,实现稳定操作,降低物耗、能耗以及生产成本。

Abstract:Transformation was carried out on the reflux system of azeotrope tower system in PTA plant.The original azeotropic reflux and water reflux was changed into single azeotropic reflux.The energy consumption of overhead air cooler was reduced,so that the output of low pressure steam increased 6 500 kg/h.Meanwhile,the existing process conditions were optimized to realize the stable operation,reduce the material consumption,energy consumption and decrease the production cost.
